Coworking

Coworking is a new way of working.  It’s flexible and collaborative.  Social, yet professional.  You choose the package suited to your needs.  This makes it extremely affordable and suitable for every busy person on the go.

Coworking is an ideal way to build your network in a trust worthy and ethical way.

Day Tripper - for those who want to use the space on an adhoc basis Mon – Fri between 9:30 – 5pm.  Just drop in.  £5 for half a day. £10 for full day. £15 if you feel you’ve got something extra special out of the experience.
Cost – £5 – £15 per day —> Pay online

Starter Pack – ideal for people who want to dip their toe into the world of collaborative coworking by trying it out on a small scale.  You get to use all open space facilities at any of our sites in Brighton, Hove & Lewes for up to 5 days per month any time between the normal 9:30 – 5pm.
Cost – £30pm —> Subscribe online

Regular – this is where you expect to use the space regularly on a part time basis – up to 10 days per month.  You get access to any of our spaces and facilities (e.g. kitchen, meeting room and wifi) on during normal working hours (9:30-5pm).  You choose when and no need to pre-book!
Cost – £60 per month

Unlimited – use the coworking space and facilities when you want with 24/7 access to your chosen space.  You’ll probably use the space most days and you’ll get your own set of keys to come and go as you please.  Naturally you are welcome to use any of our spaces within Brighton, Hove and Lewes.
Cost £100 pm

Desk space

A wee desk

Ideal for those that want a bit of space to work and leave stuff, but not necessarily in need of a full size desk or drawers. The desks are smaller than standard size ones. Wifi included. You get 24/7 access to the building.

Cost: £135 per month

A ‘Standard’ Desk

You get your own desk, chair and drawers plus access to all other facilities with 24/7 access plus access to our spaces in Brighton, Hove & Lewes.
Cost – £200 pm

Office space

Sorry no more office space. There is some desk and coworking space up for grabs though!

Meeting space

There is a meeting room available at no extra cost to members. The meeting space can be booked online by members.

Meeting room hire – Lewes Werks meeting room is available for hire on an individual basis.  Suitable for up to 6-8 people.  Coffee, drinks & wifi included.  Please get in contact to check for availability.
Cost £50 per day or £10 per hour

Space for workshops, events, etc

We have space for events.  We like a variety of things to happen from Lewes Werks. From socials, to workshops, to classes, etc.  Let us know what you are doing and we will do what we can to see how we help.

Cost: Event space is £100 per day or £50 for an evening or £20 per hour.

Space for volunteer and local community groups

Some of our space may be suitable for local community groups.  We have a meeting room available and the events space.  Lewes Werks is a Social Enterprise and are committed and love to supporting local people, communities, charities, not for profits, etc.  Money does make the world go around, but we do work with people in different ways.

For example, many of our community events are paid for on a contribution basis.
