Werk in Progress

It has been a busy couple of months setting things up at Lewes Werks and we are pleased to say we have progress!

Amidst getting our feet on the ground there have been people dropping by, checking us out, attending our first social event and some have even signed up as cowerkers.  You can check some of them out over on our community page.  It’s not a complete list yet, but worth checking out and keeping an eye on to see who is who.

Charlie has also been great by not only presenting his money workshop (there will be another one in the near future), but we have also been working with him to develop ideas around Lewes Werks.  Whilst Lewes Werks is based on the same principle of The Werks, it is still very much different and unique to its own environment – the location, the people and the whole local community.

We are listening closely to the people who are interested in what we do.  As a result we plan to adapt accordingly – we very much want Lewes Werks to be something that belongs and evolves with the people.
