When you throw a party, everyone comes — you are good at cultivating acquaintances, and make inspiring invitations.
Your responsibilities will include the full range of outreach activities for each project, including marketing, PR and sales. You will have a say in brand development. You must be able to take ownership of the IU identity and work cooperatively with the other team members in this early-stage startup. The first projects you will be asked to promote will be workshop series and related training programs.

* know how to craft a story that other people find compelling
* compose press releases and get mention in news media
* know how to close a sale
* understand that sales, marketing and PR shouldn’t be separate departments because they are all part of one conversation — and you want to be the person who has that conversation.

* You will be paid based on the cash flow from the products we (mostly you) sell.
* We will be learning together, so we expect to revisit our contract on a regular basis. We might decide together on metrics for payment other than cash flow.
* Classes and coaching services are available at low- or no-cost to team members.
Integrity Unlimited serves personal growth and the development of healthy communities through deep, transformative play. Most of the work is currently done by Nathaniel White (that’s me), a life coach, relationship coach, group facilitator, martial artist, business consultant, storyteller, husband and dad. The core team includes my wife, Charlotte Stone. Other team members are coming on board; various projects involving business development, scenario planning, tours of “Future London”, complementary currency systems, etc. are under development. The money currently comes from facilitation classes and relationship skills classes. Coaching and consulting services can be sold immediately, but are not currently generating revenue.
