The taster day is a fantastic opportunity to try a therapy at an extremely low cost to help you decide if it is the right therapy for you before you commit to a full priced, longer treatment.

It also allows you to treat yourself, a friend or family member to a treatment for an amazing £10; (all treatments will be 20 to 30 minutes per session).

Aimed at individuals and small businesses, this workshop will look at practical things you can do to help you start making friends and connections on the web.

Lets face it, friends are good for business.

We will look at your websites and your online presence and discuss ideas and ways of becoming social on the web. There is no power point presentation. We will be armed with a projector (and laptops if you can bring one) to show you step by step how to make friends

Movie: In Transition

‘In Transition’ is the first detailed film about the Transition movement filmed by those that know it best, those who are making it happen on the ground. The Transition movement is about communities around the world responding to peak oil and climate change with creativity, imagination and humour, and setting about rebuilding their local economies and communities. It is positive, solutions focused, viral and fun.

Why?

Olympic champions often know what they want to do from early in life. Some of us are late developers. Your red rubber ball is your passion. It gets you up in the morning and the next.

The Red Rubber Ball comes from Kevin Carroll. He is a former Athletic Trainer for the Philadelphia 76ers; he also worked for Nike and is a consultant and public speaker through his company, Katalyst. He did not have the best start in life yet through encouragement and determination he found want made him feel alive and what he wanted to pursue. This he called his red rubber ball. He has been pursuing it ever since. This workshop will help you find or fine tune your red rubber ball.

Who, where, when and how much?

Working with Neil Kirby and Steve Williams of the Red Rubber Ball company I am putting on a workshop in Lewes starting on 3rd February 18.30-20.30. It continues on 10th and 17th and costs £75.

About me; I am an experienced trainer and taught in schools, business and organisations of all sorts. I had always pursued a number of different goals and roles. The beauty of the Red Rubber Ball process is that it links these all together into one meaningful and exciting journey. And, for me, the dreams are coming true. This workshop aims help you start to achieve yours.
